Shetland arrests after drugs recovered at ferry terminal

Three men have been charged after drugs said to be worth £203,000 were seized at a Shetland ferry terminal.

Police said a vehicle was searched on at 08:00 on Friday in Lerwick during an operation.

Cocaine and cannabis were recovered.

The men aged 36, 28 and 24 were arrested at the scene and have since been charged in connection with the recovery.

They were due to appear at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.
